An intimate fire-lit encounter at our grill with chef Pablo del Río. It begins with small open-fire preparations, followed by a surprising twist: a move to our greenhouse, where a specially crafted menu awaits, paired with wines personally selected by our winemaker, Pablo Cúneo.
