It is expressive and scented on the palate, with a fluid and refreshing touch. It is a graceful, vibrant and direct wine, with distinctive variety characteristics and a persistent nice citric finish. This wine goes very well with stuffed pasta, grilled red meat, and cheese and cold cuts platters. Recommended wine serving temperature: Between 7°C and 10°C.
