Collection Luigi Bosca A serious red wine of great varietal typicity that can highly express its terroir, made using grapes grown in the first wine region of Mendoza. Compact structure and majestic presence. Made with grapes from Maipú and Luján de Cuyo. 40 years average 900 to 1100 meters Cabernet Sauvignon 100% 14 months 7 years Expressive aromas that are reminiscent of black fruits, spices, pepper and leather. Strong in the mouth, this is a highly smooth wine with fine and firm tannins. Genuine, markedly structured and full-bodied, with a long and persistent finish which allows for perceiving the subtle smoked notes resulting from its ageing in oak barrels. Perfect to enjoy game meats with intense flavours such as deer or wild boar marinated in herbs, served with roasted vegetables. Recommended wine serving temperature: entre 16°C y 18°C. The balance between the various aromatic profiles is essential for a wine to express its harmony and elegance.
