Collection Luigi Bosca A field blend from ancient Malbec vines mixed with Petit Verdot, which provides it with its peculiar character. After being aged for years, this wine is capable of achieving a very distinct complexity. Made with grapes from vineyards located in Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo. More than 90 years 1050 meters 94% Malbec and 6% Petit Verdot harvested together 16 to 18 months in new French oak barrels 15 years Expressive and intense aromas, with red and black fruit, sweet spices, flowers and smooth smoked notes from its ageing process. It is sharp and voluptuous in the mouth, with a balanced freshness as a result of its fruity and spicy character. Clean and deep in the palate, with fine and smooth tannins and a long finish that allows us to perceive its complexity. Ideal for enjoying with special dishes based on the best roast meats such as Kobe beef, Angus rib eye steak or Patagonia lamb gigot. Recommended wine serving temperature: between 15°C y 18°C. The balance between the various aromatic profiles is essential for a wine to express its harmony and elegance.
