High season of gardens, patios and terraces in the restauran

Those who have a green outdoors area invite their customers to wake up their senses with a delightful experience: our eyes get lost in the landscape, while our ears catch the birds’ chirping and the sun provides us with an energy boost.

Spring has started together with the season of gardens, patios and terraces in the restaurant world.
Those who have a green outdoors area invite their customers to wake up their senses with a delightful experience: our eyes get lost in the landscape, while our ears catch the birds’ chirping and the sun provides us with an energy boost.
Here are two places to let yourself be captivated by spring’s virtues:

Manso restaurant
Water, fire, air, earth… The four elements belong in Manso Restaurant’s menu.
Located in the soon-to-be center of Nordelta, Manso is special because of its rural features and its specializing in grilling.
With 9 linear meters of fire, conducted by cook Vic Achaval, they count with traditional, kamado, josper grills and hooks. Every ingredient goes through this sector, even garnish vegetables, so smokiness is the common denominator in all dishes.
Although the menu is seasonal, the most requested option is picaña al gancho, a piece of rump cap hung from a hook and cooked for 3 hours while smoked with espinillo wood. Another hit? Sweetbread baked in a Josper oven with grilled vegetables. A classic you can’t dislike.
The wine menu was compiled by well-known sommelier Andrés Rosberg, ex-president of the International Sommellerie Association (ASI)—an absolute privilege. It includes some exquisite options such as Luigi Bosca Riesling; Luigi Bosca Rosé and Luigi Bosca De Sangre Cabernet Sauvignon.

Av. de los Lagos 1050, Rincón de Milberg, Nordelta.

Customers from any table have an admirable view of the place, as the gardens were built as staired terraces that maintained the original structure of the property.

Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires
The unique beauty of these gardens turned an open secret into a famous location.
The building was established in 1934 and reminds us of the Belle Époque. That’s why the majesty of this green oasis does not rely only on the natural landscape, but also on the architectural details in its facades and stairways.

This hotel has several bars and restaurants. You can order from Duhau Restaurante & Vinoteca, Gioia Cocina Botánica and Oak Bar while you enjoy this majestic outdoor space.
In wine menus, Luigi Bosca offers a range of labels for different occasions, going from Luigi Bosca Extra Brut to Luigi Bosca Paraíso 2019, which was awarded with the Gold medal (96 points score) at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2022.
